FOOD SERVICES

This program offers students extensive hands-on experience in food preparation and production through eight different stations: Service Assistant-Front of House, Food Prep, Grill and Fry Cook, Expeditor, Dishwasher, Cashier, and Line Cook. Preparation and testing for the ServSafe exam is included. Training takes place in the on-campus restaurant, Grapevine Café, which duplicates work experience in a busy establishment.

Note: Completion of a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency is preferred and often required for employment.
