The FREE Incredible Years program is designed for parents and children to help families obtain the skill and knowledge to increase postive family interactions, family cooperation, children's compliance, and children's social behavior, as well as preparing children for academic success. It is specifically designed to help parents who have children with disruptive, anti-social behavior which is interfering with their family and social relationships. Students will learn basic food preparation technques including measurement, cooking temperatures, washing, cutting and preparing foods. Students will learn how to present meals in an appealing fashion.

Designed to prepare and assist those suff ering from mental illness and/or addictions to move into recovery programs, integrated community education and vocational programs, volunteer service or employment through an adaptive life skills class with the goal to help the student gain self-pride and an appreciation for learning and to live as independently as possible.
